The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to master our grill, salad and pizza stations. You'll be responsible for executing perfect proteins, artisanal pizzas, and signature dishes that define the Artcaffe experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare all grilled items (meats, vegetables, focaccia) to exact standards
- Maintain impeccable station organization during high-volume service
- Ensure all dishes meet our premium presentation standards
- Monitor food quality and freshness with rigorous quality checks
- Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain seamless service flow
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Certificate in Food & Beverage Production (or equivalent culinary qualification)
- 1-2 years’ experience in high-volume kitchen operations
- Exceptional knife skills and precision cutting techniques
- Strong knowledge of meat temperatures and cooking methods
- Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement
