Job Description/Requirements
1. Client acquisition - Identify, approach, and sign-up landlords, property owners, and developers to use property and maintenance services.
2. Product Promotion – Clearly explain and promote the company’s services to potential clients through in-person visits, calls, and digital outreach.
3. Lead Follow-Up – Maintain regular communication with leads, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
4. Reporting – Provide weekly updates on sales progress
5. Relationship Building – Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty, referrals, and service renewals.
Requirements & Skills
1. Proven experience in sales, fieldwork, or client acquisition (experience in property or services industry not mandatory but would be beneficial)
2. People Skills – able to build rapport and handle different personalities
3. Professional appearance and good personal presentation
4. Time Management – plans daily routes and follow-ups efficiently
5. Problem-Solving Mindset – helps clients identify the right solutions for their properties
Minimum Qualification Requirements
