Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception and Front Desk Operations
· Greet and assist students, clients, and visitors.
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
2. Student Support and Assistance
· Provide timely and accurate support and information to students.
3. Enrollments Admissions, and Record-Keeping
· Assist in student admissions and maintain accurate academic records.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination
· Organize meetings, interviews, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Housekeeping and Inventory Management
· Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
· Manage inventory and relevant supplies.
6. Communication and Social Media Interaction
· Support communication efforts, especially social media engagement with students and the public.
7. Client and Student Relations
· Maintain positive, professional relationships with students and clients through excellent customer service.
