Key Responsibilities
As an HR Trainee, you will be deeply involved in various facets of Human Resources and Administration, including:
  • Recruitment & On boarding: Benchmarking, formulating position requirements, ensuring maximum exposure for vacant roles, and leading the employees. 
  • Policy & Compliance: Researching, formulating, and implementing monitoring/enforcing company policies and compliance regarding employee contracts. 
  • Employee Relations & Performance: employee incentive programs, and monitoring payroll processes. 
  • Administration: Handling all other assigned Human Resource-related responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
  • To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria: 
  • High School: A minimum mean grade of B plain in KCSE/Highschool.
  • University: At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
  • Training & Experience in Human Management.
  • Tech Proficiency: Must be proficient with PCs and Windows, and expert in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • IT Skills: Must be an advanced computer and internet user

  • Work Ethic: Must be exceptionally self self-disciplined and possess a very strong work ethic.
  • Communication: Proficiency in oral and written skills, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Analytical: Exceptional analytical research capabilities. 
  • Decision Making: The ability to make important decisions, cope with the pressure of a demanding work environment, and have confidence in judgment.
