Human Resource Officer
Job summary
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to support HR operations, employee relations and compliance. The successful candidate should have a degree in Human Resources, at least four years of relevant experience, good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day human resource operations and administration.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee induction processes.
- Handle employee relations and respond to HR-related staff inquiries.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Advise management and employees on applicable employment policies and procedures.
- Support attendance, leave and employee performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee information.
- Support employee engagement, disciplinary and other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Male candidate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Kenyan labour laws and employment regulations.
- CHRP certification is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Must be ready to start immediately.
- Location: Mbs Road.
