Job summary

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to support HR operations, employee relations and compliance. The successful candidate should have a degree in Human Resources, at least four years of relevant experience, good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day human resource operations and administration.
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee induction processes.
  • Handle employee relations and respond to HR-related staff inquiries.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Advise management and employees on applicable employment policies and procedures.
  • Support attendance, leave and employee performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee information.
  • Support employee engagement, disciplinary and other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Male candidate.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Kenyan labour laws and employment regulations.
  • CHRP certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters.
  • Age: Not more than 35 years.
  • Must be ready to start immediately.
  • Location: Mbs Road.
