Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical SkillsHuman Resources DutiesHuman Resource StrategyEmployee RelationsHR Data ManagementHR OperationsRecruitmentTrainingPerformance ManagementPayroll and Employee Benefits AdministrationEmployee Engagement Training Duties Determine and analyze the need for training in our organization.Identify training skills that need to be addressed.Develop a training plan and instructional design material accordingly.Evaluate the employees after each training session.Monitor employee’s attendance and performance during training programs.Arrange in-house training facilities and necessary equipment.Suggest the latest training approaches to make the programs more effective.Maintain an effective relationship with all the trainees and trainers. Contact industry experts and invite them for training sessions.Knowledge and Skills Required Bachelor degree in a business related field or any other social sciencesCHRP- KFive years’ experience in a similar role.Member of good standing in relevant professional regulatory body (IHRM)Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsProactive and assertive with strong relational and networking skills.Strong time management skills and self-motivation skillsAble to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision.
