Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to design and implement people strategies that drive business performance.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Support employee relations, ensuring a fair, compliant, and engaging workplace.
- Provide insights on HR metrics to guide decision-making.
- Implement policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Oversee HR compliance with Kenyan labor laws and regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CHRP certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years’ HR experience, at least 3 of which in a business partner or senior HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work with diverse business units and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in real estate, FMCG, or agribusiness sectors is an added advantage.
