Job descriptions & requirements

Qualifications:

  •   Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  •   Proficiency in English as a communication language; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources with at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with the entire process of human resource management
  • Rich experience in managing cross-cultural teams.
  • Prior work experience with Chinese-owned companies is preferred.
  • Proficient in human resources modules, familiar with labor laws and regulations, compensation and benefits system design, and talent management strategies.
  • Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as intercultural communication abilities.


Key responsibilities:


  • Comprehensive Talent Management: Responsible for talent planning, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development management.
  • Team capacity building: establish a talent development system, set up performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and optimize the building of a talent pipeline.
  • Maintain employee relationships, address employee concerns, and promote the local implementation of the company’s culture.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure that human resources operations comply with regulations, and develop human resources policies, including systems for compensation and benefits, attendance, and leave.
  • Collaborate effectively with local and international stakeholders within a multicultural working environment.
  • Administrative tasks for the office.
