Qualifications and Skills:
● Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
● Experience 3 years in a similar role 
● Experince in a similar industry is an added advantage
● Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record keeping.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
