ย โข Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Kenyan labour laws.
ย โข Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
ย โข Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
ย โข Coordinate and track staff training programs and development initiatives.
ย โข Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
ย โข Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
ย โข Assist in implementing performance management processes.
ย โข Support audits and compliance checks across branches.
ย โข Prepare HR reports on compliance, training, and staff data.
ย โข Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.

ย โข Diploma or Bachelorโs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
ย โข Minimum 2โ3 yearsโ experience in HR coordination, compliance, or training roles.
ย โข Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
ย โข Progress towards CHRP certification is an added advantage.
ย โข Experience in microfinance or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
