On behalf of our client, a leading microcredit company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support HR operations with a strong focus on compliance and staff training & development. The role will ensure adherence to HR policies and Kenyan labour laws while coordinating training programs to build a productive and compliant workforce across the organization.

ย  โ€ข Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Kenyan labour laws.
ย  โ€ข Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
ย  โ€ข Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
ย  โ€ข Coordinate and track staff training programs and development initiatives.
ย  โ€ข Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
ย  โ€ข Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
ย  โ€ข Assist in implementing performance management processes.
ย  โ€ข Support audits and compliance checks across branches.
ย  โ€ข Prepare HR reports on compliance, training, and staff data.
ย  โ€ข Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.

ย  โ€ข Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
ย  โ€ข Minimum 2โ€“3 yearsโ€™ experience in HR coordination, compliance, or training roles.
ย  โ€ข Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
ย  โ€ข Progress towards CHRP certification is an added advantage.
ย  โ€ข Experience in microfinance or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
