On behalf of our client, a leading microfinance institution with a wide branch network across the country, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, drive performance management, and ensure compliance across all branches. The role requires a strong understanding of the microfinance environment, with a focus on workforce productivity, discipline, and alignment to business goals.

ย  โ€ข Lead and manage all HR functions across multiple branches.
ย  โ€ข Implement and monitor performance management systems and staff productivity.
ย  โ€ข Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment across the branch network.
ย  โ€ข Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
ย  โ€ข Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and internal HR policies.
ย  โ€ข Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
ย  โ€ข Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and staff records.
ย  โ€ข Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning.
ย  โ€ข Drive staff engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.
ย  โ€ข Provide regular HR reports and insights to management.

ย  โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
ย  โ€ข Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ HR experience in microfinance or microcredit sector (mandatory).
ย  โ€ข Higher Diploma in HRM / CHRP certification (mandatory).
ย  โ€ข Registered Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
ย  โ€ข Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
ย  โ€ข Experience managing HR operations across multiple branches is an added advantage.
