Readyhubb is the all-in-one platform for beauty entrepreneurs. We’re looking for a creative, community-driven Marketing & Community coordinator to help us scale our brand, grow our creator network, and bring more beauty pros onto the Readyhubb app.
What You’ll Do
- Manage our UGC creator program & influencer partnerships
- Lead community-building for beauty professionals (events, social, engagement)
- Plan & execute marketing campaigns that attract new beauty pros
- Create and manage short-form content strategies across TikTok & Instagram
- Build partnerships with salon suites, beauty educators & micro-communities
- Track campaign performance & optimize growth efforts
Who You Are
- 2-3+ years in marketing, influencer management, or community roles
- Strong understanding of social media & UGC trends
- Understanding of tiktok trends
- Creative, organized, proactive, and excited about the beauty industry
- Experience with SaaS marketing is a strong plus
