Operations Manager - Fintech

Job Purpose

We are looking for an Operations Manager to drive day to day efficiency in Business Operations Team.

Responsibilities 

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the business are run smoothly

• Lead and mentor operations team to improve implementation of operational change

• Work with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy

• Monitor client retention & acquisition metrics; Provide suggestions to meet and surpass company goals

• Demonstrate full competence and a strong knowledge on local and overseas markets settlements

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational risk, enhance customer experience and develop technical changes

• Drive operational efficiency with measurable outcomes

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of work experience as an operations manager in a financial exchange operation, ideally Fintech

• University degree in Business/ Finance or other relevant disciplines

• Strong project management and stakeholder management

• Strong ability in business processes and process optimization

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in client communication and escalation management

• Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others
