Operations Marketing Officer – Private Security

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, deployments, and supervision of security teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of guards.
• Ensure compliance with PSRA and company SOPs.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and support tenders and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Use industry knowledge and professional networks to help expand our portfolio through transparent, ethical business development activities.
• Lead marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and positioning.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a managerial/operations role within a licensed security company in Kenya.
• Proven experience handling deployments and field operations.
• Demonstrated involvement in winning or growing client accounts through professional engagement.
• Strong understanding of PSRA regulations.
• Experience in training coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (added certifications are an advantage).
