Job summary
Our Client is looking to hire a Revenue Assistant to manage their short-term rental portfolio on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing pricing, monitoring listing performance, managing reservations, and improving overall revenue and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing & Revenue Management
Set daily/weekly/monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all units.
Adjust minimum stays, restrictions, and promotions (e.g., Genius, last-minute,early-bird discounts, custom promotions).
Manage occupancy goals and revenue targets on all our booking platforms.
2. Optimization (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.)
- Improve listing ranking by optimizing:
-Titles, descriptions, photos
-Amenities
-Policies
-Review responses
- Ensure availability calendars are perfectly synced.
3. Performance Monitoring & Competitor Market Analysis
- Track and report:
-Impressions
-Click-through rate (CTR)
-Conversion rate
-Booking trends
-Revenue per listing (RevPAR)
-Occupancy percentages
-Identify listings performing poorly and provide solutions.
- Monitor competitor rates in real time.
- Analyze local occupancy trends and events (holidays, conferences, seasons).
- Conduct monthly benchmarking reports.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with the reservations team to adjust prices based on demand patterns.
- Make recommendations to management on portfolio improvement.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or short-term rental operations
- Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, and OTA performance metrics
- Experience with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Added Advantage
- Experience in hospitality (hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb portfolio).
- Experience using channel managers like Hostaway, Cloudbeds, or Siteminder.
- Digital marketing knowledge (Google trends, SEO for listings).
- Strong hands-on revenue management experience
- A deep understanding of pricing strategy and yield optimization
- Proven expertise in booking channels, particularly Booking.com
- The ability to actively optimize rates, availability and performance
