Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Customer Service
• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Direct visitors and inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
Sales Administration
• Prepare customer quotations accurately using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and price lists.
• Support the sales team with administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and follow-up on customer requests.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining sales trackers.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across the company's social media platforms.
• Develop engaging captions, promotional posts, and simple visual content to support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Support initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating customer leads through digital channels.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and basic data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• A fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous internship or experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools are desirable.
• Experience managing business social media pages is a plus.
