Sales Administrator – B2B Client Engagement & Fulfillment


Location: Hybrid – mostly on-site (co-working space / warehouse), partial remote possible after 1 month

Type: Full-time

Salary: Base 50,000 KSH + performance-based bonuses

Potential: Grow to corporate solutions sales



Role Summary


This isn’t a soft admin desk job.

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who keeps clients engaged, ensures smooth delivery, and supports our AI-driven sales process.

You’ll handle warm leads — no cold hunting — but you’ll need discipline, speed, accuracy, and real comfort working with AI tools.



What You’ll Actually Do


✅ Call, WhatsApp, e-mail existing contacts

✅ Explain our products: Microsoft licenses, refurbished devices, secure IT services

✅ Send quotes, track orders, and make sure clients get what they paid for

✅ Keep Google Sheets / CRM fully up to date — every lead, every action

✅ Work daily with ChatGPT-based sales tools — no hiding, no “I forgot”



Tools You’ll Use


• Google Sheets (sales & order tracking)

• Trello / Google Calendar (task management)

• WhatsApp Web (client comms)

• ChatGPT-based Kolm Sales Agent (AI-supported sales tracking)



Who We Want


• All action.Experienced.

• Ideally — someone mature enough to handle high-pressure clients

• You’ve done real work before — not fresh out of school.

• Comfortable managing 30+ client tasks daily without dropping the ball.

• You’re faster than excuses and don’t vanish when it’s hard — you lean in.

• You want to build something that works, not just clock in.



Essential Skills & Experience


• Strong written and spoken English — clear, confident communication

• Good IT/tech background

• Solid experience in client- facing roles: account manager, or sales coordination

• Demonstrated ability to track tasks and follow up without reminders

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Trello, basic CRM, Business WhatsApp Web, AI agents - (GPT, Prepexity)
