We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who keeps clients engaged, ensures smooth delivery, and supports our AI-driven sales process.
You’ll handle warm leads — no cold hunting — but you’ll need discipline, speed, accuracy, and real comfort working with AI tools.

What You’ll Actually Do
✅ Call, WhatsApp, e-mail existing contacts
✅ Explain our products: Microsoft licenses, refurbished devices, secure IT services
✅ Send quotes, track orders, and make sure clients get what they paid for
✅ Keep Google Sheets / CRM fully up to date — every lead, every action
✅ Work daily with ChatGPT-based sales tools — no hiding, no “I forgot”

Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong written and spoken English — clear, confident communication
• Good IT/tech background
• Solid experience in client- facing roles: account manager, or sales coordination
• Demonstrated ability to track tasks and follow up without reminders
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Trello, basic CRM, Business WhatsApp Web, AI agents - (GPT, Prepexity)
