Firm is seeking a dynamic, high performing & experienced Sales Executive. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, super organized and committed team player.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect and qualify new sales leadsSchedule meetings and presentations with prospectsCreate, plan, and deliver presentations on the companyTrack all sales activities and keep current by updating account information regularlyMaintain a well-developed pipeline of prospectsDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customersMeet and/or exceed sales quotasCoordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effortAttending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetingsWorking towards monthly or annual targets.Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new productsCollect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reportsAttend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the jobBuild and maintain professional networksAny other reasonable and relevant area of work, depending on the emerging needs of the organization. Monthly Sales Growth.Average Profit Margin.Monthly Sales Bookings.New leads in pipelineSales Opportunities.Average age of leads in pipelineQuote-To-Close Ratio.Average Purchase Value.Monthly Customer visits QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAt least 3 years of sales experienceProven ability to meet and exceed sales quotasProven track record of successfully managing customer relationshipsExcellent interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to negotiate and understanding of marketing skillsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver resultsAbility to create and deliver presentationsFast learner and quick thinkerPassionate about salesAbility to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
