We are looking for reliable, organized sales trainees to join our organization. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager/ Sales Executives to focus on business development by identifying prospective customers and facilitating sales. Outstanding candidates should have excellent leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal.

Duties and Responsibilities
● Observe sales processes by shadowing supervisors or sales representatives and emulate their sales management processes to set targets.
● Identify business opportunities by determining prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, as well as researching and analyzing sales options.
● Assist in new business acquisition efforts by performing core business development tasks.
● Foster relationships with new customers and provide them with information about the company's products and services.
● Address the needs of existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities and competitors to identify strategic product improvements and/or new offerings.
● Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing consumer data.
● Cultivate a culture of quality customer service by adhering to and reinforcing company standards.
● Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.
● Maintain a positive and inquisitive attitude towards clients, products and processes.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related fields.
● Must have at least a B plain in KCSE
● Little or no experience required.
● Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrate Strong leadership skills.
● A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
● Excellent time management skills.
● A person of high integrity
