Technical B2B Sales Representative

Work Location: Nairobi
Reports to: CEO
Terms: Full Time on site
Remuneration: Gross salary of Ksh 50,000 + commission and pension plan

About the Company:
Our client, in the manufacturing industry, has focused on a factory model that produces rollers and print consumables to discerning industries in the region.

Responsibilities:
● To market and sell the company’s products at the right price, right time, in the right quality as specified by the customer.
● You will make a conscious effort to understand the company’s products and their use in order to better execute your duties.
● Represent the company to its clients and not to do anything that may compromise the relationship of the company and its clients.
● You will report the Marketing Manager or in their absence to the Managing Director.
● Ensure delivery of rollers is done at the right time and location.
● Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in order to expand the company’s market share.
● Ensure market research is carried out in order to identify, improve and satisfy customer needs and expectations.
● Develop and implement innovative and structured promotional programmes in order to increase sales for all the company’s products.
● Develop and implement strategies that ensure continuous building of the company’ products.
● Ensure adequate control in product identification and traceability.
● Any advances made to you by the company will be accurately accounted for.
● Achieve set sales and collection targets.
● Prepare weekly and monthly market reports.
● You will familiarize yourself and uphold the company’s ISO 9001:2000 systems /procedures and policy.

Candidate Requirements:
● Must have experience in B2B sales
● Must have knowledge in Mechanical sales/Technical sales
● Females are highly encouraged to apply
● Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
● Must have a valid driving license (company car would be provided for this job)
● The candidates will be based on-site in Nairobi
● Must have at least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing
● Candidates who have a Diploma in the Mechanical field but have experience in sales are highly encouraged to apply
● Should have interpersonal skills as well as skills in Relationship management
