Job Summary

As the Technical Sales Manager for water treatment and water pumping solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both water treatment and pumping efficiency, coupled with exceptional sales skills.

Job Description/Requirements

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligning with company objectives and revenue targets.

·       Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  1. Technical Expertise:

·       Possess comprehensive knowledge of water treatment and pumping technologies and their integration.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

·       Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique requirements in both water and energy management.

  1. Sales Team Collaboration:

·       Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, training, and resources to enhance their ability to sell water and pumping solutions effectively.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to address customer needs and feedback.

  1. Proposal Development:

·       Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers, addressing both water and pumping aspects of their operations.

  1. Market Development:

·       Identify and explore new market segments and geographical regions for potential growth.

·       Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

  1. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

·       Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

·       Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Civil, Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 yearsproven track record in technical sales, with a focus on water treatment systems and pumping solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and pumping solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to water and energy solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
