To generate foreign exchange revenue from SME, Institutional Banking and Retail customer
base through negotiation of exchange rates, acquiring and managing new client relationships
as well as providing Treasury solutions for the existing clientele.
â¢ Pro-active relationship management of new and existing clients.
â¢ Maintain a proactive client portfolio calling program and ensure an effective call sheet is maintained on all relationships.
â¢ Re-activation of dormant FX business from clients within the Bank.
â¢ New to Bank acquisition of importers and exporters ensuring maximum returns from these relationships.
â¢ Understand the individual customer business to identify the FX exposures and structure products that can mitigate such exposures for the customers.
â¢ Monitor business performance of existing relationships to reduce instances of business leakage.
â¢ Provide training sessions and business support to the Branches.
â¢ Reporting on financial performance, deal pipelines, calling programs, training sessions
â¢ Keep track of products and marketing initiative of competitor banks in the market.
â¢ Cross-sell the banks products by introducing new names to any of the other business sections
