Assistant Accountant Main Role Is To Support The Accounting And Finance Function By Ensuring Accurate Financial Record Keeping, Timely Reporting, Compliance With Statutory Requirements, And Effective Cost Control Within A Manufacturing Environment

You support the F&B Controller in keeping food and beverage costs, inventory, and revenue accurate. It’s a hands-on, entry-to-mid level role where you spend most of your time on the floor doing counts, audits, and data entry. Think of it as the training ground to become an F&B Controller.

The F&B Controller owns the numbers behind the bar and kitchen. You make sure food and beverage costs are accurate, revenue is captured correctly, and waste/leakage is caught early.
