We are an auctioneering and debt collections company based in Nairobi CBD. We are hiring debt collection officers who are self–driven and result oriented with past experience in debt collections.

Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma in any field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in debt collection, credit control, and Bank Loan Products.
- High degree of professionalism in debt collection.
- Be conversant with Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.
- Have exposure in debt collection applications- CRM, Smartcollect.
- Be fluent in both English and Kiswahili- written and spoken.
- Be a proven team player.
- Share an up-to-date CV highlighting key achievements.
- List your references for our follow-up.
- Prior experience in field visits and collections.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge of reference in legal requirements.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and accounting or ERP software.
