Job summary
TopSkills Lab Ltd is recruiting an Administrative Assistant on behalf of Africa Turnaround Ltd (ATL). The role provides structured administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the COO
- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracker
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Track tasks, deliverables, and reporting deadlines
- Maintain organized digital records and filing systems
- Assist with basic data entry, Excel/Google Sheets updates, and summaries
- Coordinate information flow across teams and projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any business-related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
