We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and business support while acting as a key point of contact on his behalf.
This is a dynamic role suited for an individual who is discreet, confident, analytical, and capable of operating in a fast-paced executive environment.
Executive Support
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary, schedule, and appointments.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Stand in for the CEO in meetings where required and provide detailed feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
• Screen and prioritize correspondence, calls, and requests.
Travel & Logistics
• Arrange travel itineraries, flights, visas, and hotel accommodations.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for business engagements.
• Prepare briefing documents ahead of travel and meetings.
Business & Sales Support
• Participate in sales strategy discussions and performance reviews.
• Monitor sales performance trends and prepare analytical reports.
• Update the CEO on business performance, opportunities, and challenges.
• Follow up on action points from management and sales meetings.
• Support implementation of sales and growth initiatives.
Advisory & Strategic Role
• Provide sound judgment and professional advice on business matters.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support decision-making through research and data analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, PA, or Senior Administrative role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and sales performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical and reporting abilities.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
