Role Overview

A Business Consultant acts as the link between business operations and technical teams, translating organizational requirements into practical software solutions. They evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and configure systems to optimize workflows and support strategic goals

They often serve as trusted advisors, guiding clients through complex functional challenges and ensuring software investments deliver measurable value

Key Responsibilities

· Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders

· Process Design: Develop workflows and processes aligned with business objectives

· System Configuration: Customize and configure software applications to meet organizational needs

· Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, identify issues, and ensure solutions function correctly before deployment

· Training and Support: Educate end-users, facilitate adoption, and provide ongoing support

· Project Collaboration: Work with technical consultants, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

· Proactively accept responsibility and focused t reach goals which generate an immediate benefit for the client and at the same time identify and negotiate billable services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields

Technical Knowledge: Excellent Industry and business know-how in the Banking industry.

Certifications: Optional or preferred certifications may include PMP, OCA

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving,interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders,willingness to travel, contributing and working in a team oriented environment

Experience: Atleast 2 years prior working experience in Banking Industry or Software Companies
