We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with education sector clients.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Market Development
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within schools, colleges, TVET institutions, and universities.
· Promote and sell science laboratory equipment, chemicals, glassware, and hygiene solutions (soaps, sanitizers, dispensers, cleaning agents, tissue products, etc.).
· Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to procurement and teaching staff.
· Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and sales proposals in line with customer requirements.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance metrics.
2. Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, distributors, and education stakeholders.
· Provide after-sales support, handle client feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Liaise with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order delivery.
3. Market Research & Strategy
· Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, customer trends, and product performance.
· Recommend new products, marketing strategies, and partnership opportunities.
· Maintain updated records of leads, clients, and sales activities using CRM tools.
4. Coordination & Reporting
· Collaborate with finance and production teams on invoicing, credit management, and delivery scheduling.
· Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis summaries.
· Participate in education expos, science fairs, and institutional trade shows to promote company products.
Qualifications & Skills
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Science Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in laboratory, hygiene, or institutional supplies.
· Strong understanding of the education sector and school procurement processes.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or ERP systems.
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
