We facilitate prequalification, matching, interview coordination, and travel logistics for successful candidates, including financing support through our partner bank.

Position Overview
The CEO will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive the growth, profitability, and international credibility of Execuget Company. This individual will manage the M-Ajira platform operations, strengthen employer partnerships across EMEA and Europe, oversee candidate experience, ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations, and scale business operations sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan aligned with global expansion goals.
• Oversee the growth of the M-Ajira platform to improve automation, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Build partnerships with employers, government agencies, and financial institutions to enhance placement and financing options.
• Lead market penetration strategy for target geographies (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
Business Development & Partnerships
• Expand the company’s network of hiring clients, placement agencies, and institutional partners.
• Negotiate contracts and strategic alliances with corporate clients and partner organizations.
• Champion Execuget Company’s brand and reputation in international workforce recruitment.
Operations Management
• Oversee candidate prequalification, matching, interview facilitation, and travel coordination processes.
• Ensure efficient coordination between the technology (M-Ajira) and operations teams.
• Implement robust data management, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Drive cost efficiency and streamline end-to-end recruitment operations.
Financial Management
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial performance metrics.
• Ensure sustainability through effective pricing, financing models, and facilitation fee management.
• Coordinate with the partner bank to improve financing uptake for candidates.
• Report regularly to the Board on business performance and growth forecasts.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure all international recruitment complies with destination country regulations, ethical standards, and labor migration policies.
• Maintain ISO and international recruitment accreditation standards where applicable.
• Manage data privacy and platform integrity in line with GDPR and other regional requirements.
Team Leadership & Culture
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing cross-functional teams (operations, tech, marketing, compliance).
• Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning for key roles.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or International Relations.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with 5+ years in senior management within recruitment, HR outsourcing, or international placement sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in digital platform-driven service delivery (HR Tech, SaaS, or talent marketplace preferred).
• Proven track record in scaling business operations, managing P&L, and building strategic partnerships internationally.
Technical & Functional Competencies:
• Deep understanding of international labor migration processes and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with digital recruitment platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to structure and manage partner financing models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of EU, EMEA, and African employment markets and visa regimes is an added advantage.
