Job Description/Requirements


Key Responsibilities

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support.

·       Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.

·       Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

·       Follow up on orders, deliveries, and any customer issues.

·       Maintain updated customer records and ensure proper documentation.

·       Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

·       Build and maintain strong client relationships.

·       Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, orders, and feedback.

·       Support debt collection by following up on pending payments when required.

·       Promote company products and provide relevant information to customers.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, front office, sales support, or FMCG.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

·       Proficient in MS Office; invoicing or ERP system experience is an added advantage.

·       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

·       High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
