With our expanding fleet of vehicles, we’re looking for a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to lead the end-to-end process of hiring, screening, and onboarding qualified PSV drivers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all our vehicles

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage driver sourcing across WhatsApp, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Screen applicants for license, PSV, experience, and reliability.
- Organize and conduct weekly onboarding/orientation sessions
- Maintain a driver recruitment pipeline and standby waitlist
- Collect and verify required driver documents
- Handle contracts, agreements, and digital document storage
- Coordinate with fleet operations to assign drivers efficiently
- Monitor driver performance during their first 30 days
- Build and nurture a network of active and potential drivers
- Regularly update recruitment tracker and pipeline reports
