Job purpose The primary responsibility of this role is to provide overall post program support for freelancing alumni. The role will be responsible for day to day super-agent Mentorship activities and ensure there is coordination between internal teams towards supporting freelancing graduates. TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU’LL NEED:Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience A degree in social sciences, business or a relevant field will be an added advantageAt least three years online work experienceEmbody values and understand the future challenges and opportunities for youth empowerment and is passionate about creating an impact in Kenya’s employment ecosystemComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, MS project, etc.) Skills And Abilities Excellent oral/presentation skillsExcellent written skills in English, especially report writingStrong teamwork orientation, with an ability to lead and work effectively with a range of partners and colleaguesStrong interpersonal and ability to communicate to people of all walks of lifeStrategic and innovative with the ability to sell the vision of GenerationAbility to explain complex ideas in an easily accessible way tailored to different audiencesStrong planning skills Other requirements Ability to travel frequently within Kenya and different counties
