Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions that enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, conferences, maintenance, and overall guest services.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and revenue generation.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing bookings and enhancing brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality service and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure maintenance and safety standards are upheld.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 or more years of hotel management experience.
• Proven leadership and staff management skills.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial metrics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in hotel/property management software
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
