Job Description: “HR Account Manager: Outsourcing-Maternity Reliever Position”
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Outsourcing Clients Account Manager to join our team on a 4 Months Maternity Reliever Capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our outsourcing clients. This includes understanding their business needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within their accounts. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or Human Resources Outsourcing, possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and have a consultative approach to account management for HR Outsourcing.

Support the end to end HR & operational functions of outsourcing.You will be HRBP face of the business,as well as the link between Brightermonday and all the outsourced employees and the clients.

What you’ll be doing...
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the main point of contact for assigned HR outsourcing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
● Understand the unique business needs and goals of each client and develop tailored solutions to meet their HR requirements.
● Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional HR services and solutions to existing clients.
● Collaborate with internal teams, such as BDMs, Finance,Recruiters, and benefits administrators, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
● Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
● Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing HR-related advice.
● Keep clients informed of industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in HR outsourcing.
● Monitor client contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and timely renewal of agreements.
● Develop and implement account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
● Collaborate with the sales team on new client onboarding, including providing insights and recommendations based on existing client experiences.
● Update and maintain accurate client records, including contact information, interactions, and service requests, in the HR tracker.
● In charge of file administration,and update.
● In charge of the end to end payroll processing for all outsourcing clients.

KPIS to measure
● Client satisfaction rate: Measure client satisfaction through feedback surveys or ratings
● Client Retention Rate :Measure the % of clients that renew their contracts or extend their agreements,indicating a strong relationship & a successful a/c management
● Timely Contract Renewal : measure the % of contracts that are renewed before expiry,demonstrating proactive management & client management
● Customer Feedback & testimonials : collect/collate positive feedback and testimonials from clients to showcase the effectiveness of the a/c manager in meeting client needs and expectations
● Response Time : Measure average time it takes for the account manager to respond to client/employee inquiries or requests
● Compliance & Regulatory adherence : Measure the level of compliance and adherence to HR laws and regulations
● Internal collaboration & communication : measure the effectiveness of collaboration and communication with internal teams e.g finance
● Client Referrals & New Business Generated : Measure the no of client referrals or new business generated through positive word of mouth,indicating client satisfaction and effective a/c management
Key Relationships
● Internal stakeholders: local HRO,Head of Consulting, Finance Department, Recruiters.
● External stakeholders, training institutions, labor-related regulatory bodies, vendors related to the execution of employee activities
What we are looking for Better if you have
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
● Proven 3+ experience in HR or Human Resources Outsourcing, with a focus on account management and client relationship building.
● Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with clients.
● Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction and retention goals.
● Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to identify client needs and develop solutions.
● Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as payroll systems and HRIS, preferred.
● Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
● Professional demeanor and the ability to represent our company in a positive and professional manner.
