We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR & Admin Officer to support day-to-day administrative and human resources operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, handling employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining personnel records in compliance with company policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
• Administer employee benefits, attendance, and leave tracking.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when needed.
• Support event planning, meeting coordination, and other admin functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles (or as specified).
• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software is a plus.
