Job Description/Requirements
They are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administration Manager to oversee all human resource and administrative functions across the organization. This role will involve providing strategic support to the subsidiary companies within the client’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management:
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
· Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
· Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and implementing disciplinary actions as needed.
· Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers in employee development planning.
· Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
· Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by managing health and safety policies.
2. Administrative Management:
· Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
· Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
· Oversee coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Maintain organized and secure filing systems for company documents.
· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
· Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
3. Support to Other Companies:
· Provide HR and administrative support to other companies within the client’s umbrella.
· Assist in standardizing HR and administrative processes across all companies.
· Share best practices and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
4. Employee Engagement and Culture:
· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
· Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and social events.
· Promote employee wellness initiatives and support work-life balance.
5. Reporting and Compliance:
· Prepare and present HR and administrative reports to management.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
· Proven experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate teams.
· Experience in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to develop effective HR strategies.
