We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive – East Africa to join our HR team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our operations in Kenya and provide support for hiring needs in other East African countries including Ethiopia, Uganda, and Tanzania.

Job Description/Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Kenya.
- Support recruitment activities in Ethiopia, Uganda, and Tanzania, especially sourcing, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager and local teams to understand hiring needs.
- Use various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Handle onboarding documentation and HR system data entry.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
