Job Summary
Our client in the real estate is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to build and lead the human resources function. This role will be instrumental in creating HR policies, procedures, and systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and an employee handbook that ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and support the company’s strategic goals.
- Design and establish HR frameworks, including performance management systems, job descriptions, and employee evaluation methods.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, background checks, and job offers.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and mediate disputes
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolution of issues.
- Promote a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs to improve employee performance and retention.
- Payroll management.
- Set up and manage HR systems for record-keeping, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup, real estate, or project-based industry.
- Proven experience developing HR structures, policies, and procedures from scratch.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
