Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through consistent communication and branding efforts.
• Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
