Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage performance and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
- Support staff training and development
- Promote a positive organizational culture
- Align HR practices with NGO’s education mission
- Report to the Executive Director
- Support program staffing needs across Kenya
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in NGOs
- Solid knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting field teams is an added advantage
- CHRP certification is desirable
