Key Responsibilities
👥 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in line with hospital standards.
🤝 Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
📑 Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and healthcare regulations.
📈 Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
🗂️ Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
🏢 Collaborate with management to foster a supportive and professional work environment.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
📅 Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, with at least 1 year in a hospital or healthcare setup.
⚖️ Strong knowledge of Kenya labor laws and HR best practices.
🗣️ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
🔒 Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
🏅 Membership with IHRM is an added advantage.
