Key Responsibilities
π₯ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in line with hospital standards.
π€ Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
π Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and healthcare regulations.
π Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
ποΈ Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
π’ Collaborate with management to foster a supportive and professional work environment.
β Qualifications & Skills
π Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
π Minimum 3 yearsβ HR experience, with at least 1 year in a hospital or healthcare setup.
βοΈ Strong knowledge of Kenya labor laws and HR best practices.
π£οΈ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
π Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
π Membership with IHRM is an added advantage.
