Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring and onboarding specialized hospitality and service staff.
  • Maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
  • Overseeing staff welfare and adherence to Kenyan labor laws.
  • Assisting with staff training and performance management cycles.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
    • 2 to 3 years of proven HR experience specifically within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for a service environment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
    • Sound knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act.
    • Must be a male candidate based in Nairobi.
