They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
Professional skill requirements:
- Recruitment process management: Familiar with the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, etc., and able to optimize process efficiency. -Master talent assessment tools (such as personality tests and career interest assessments)
- Legal regulations and compliance: - Familiar with labor laws, social security policies, and employment risk avoidance to ensure that recruitment is legal and compliant.
- Data analysis ability - able to evaluate recruitment effectiveness through recruitment data (such as conversion rate, retention rate) and support decision optimization.
- Performance and Training Management - Experience in designing performance evaluation systems and implementing employee training plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above is required, with majors in human resource management, psychology, business administration, labor law, and other related fields having more advantages.
- 3-5 years or more of experience, preferably with a background in the same industry or large enterprises.
- Proficient in using office software (Excel, PPT, etc.) and HR systems.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-17.00pm
- Saturday 8.30am-2pm,
- Sunday off
- Statutory holidays off
