Job Summary
The Human Resource Training Officer is responsible for designing training programs to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Through identifying training needs, creating engaging learning materials, and ensuring policies are implemented effectively, contributing to employee development and company success. The key responsibilities include;

- Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements
Needs Assessment:
Identify training and development needs across the company to determine specific areas for improvement.
Develop annual training plan.
Manage the outcome of employee performance appraisal. By identifying any training need.
Program Design:
Develop and implement training programs, including creating learning materials, activities, and assessment.
Delivery:
Deliver training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and meet the needs of the participants.
Training Evaluation:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback to management and making adjustments as needed. Informed:
Stay informed with latest training trends to stay current with industry best practices Support
Answer employees questions and inquiries related to training programs and address any issues that may arise.
Work with the internal trainers i.e. for each section to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
Company’s expectation:
Prepare regular reports for the management by collecting and analyzing on training activities and outcomes. Including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
Assist bridge the gap between employees' performance and the organization’s strategic objectives.

9. BSc degree/ Diploma in Human Resource.
