1) Design job advertisements
2) Advertise open job positions
3) Search for qualified candidates to apply for the open positions
4) Source candidates online
5) Updating job advertisements and conducting background checks
6) Screen incoming resumes and application forms
7) Interview candidates (Via phone, video and in person)
8) Liase with hiring managers to reach decisions and coordinate with candidates during the recruitment process
1) Proven work experience as an HR recruiter
2) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
3) Experience with sourcing techniques
4) Solid verbal and written communication skills
5) problem solving and decision making aptitude
6) Recruit faster and more effectively
7) Degree/Diploma in Human Resources management.
8) Minimum 5 years experience
