- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Function
- CHRP Finalist
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any related field
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing labour laws, agreements and procedures
- Knowledge of employee trends and new ways of working
