Inventory/Records Intern (Kiambu town)
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Records Intern to support our inventory and records management function. The intern will assist in ensuring accurate stock control, timely reporting, and effective follow-up on supplier deliveries (both local and international).

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control systems
- Track stock levels and monitor re-order levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Support regular and frequent stock takes and reconciliation
- Prepare inventory reports and submit them on time
- Follow up on supplier deliveries (local and international) to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Update inventory data using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory and supplier records
- Support the operations team with any inventory-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office packages
- Basic understanding of inventory control and stock management principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
