Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of brokers to achieve business objectivesDevelop and implement business plans to drive growth in brokerage businessEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clientsDevelop new business opportunities and partnershipsMonitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitorsEnsure compliance with regulations and company policiesProvide training and mentorship to brokersCollaborate with other departments to improve overall business performancePrepare and present reports to senior management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience in broking or a related fieldProven track record of success in managing a broking teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and people management skillsAnalytical and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
