- Diploma in laboratory sciences or any other equivalent qualification from KMTC or other institution recognized by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologist Board
- Minimum of 2 years’ post registration experience in a busy hospital set up
- Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
- Must have valid practicing license
