We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to be based at our Tanzania branch ( HY Expert Africa Ltd) in Dar es Salaam.The role is designed for a highly organized and proactive individual who will ensure smooth daily operations at the Dar es Salaam office. This role is for candidates who are currently based in Tanzania.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Responsibilities include daily office management, managing communication (phone, email, visitors), calendar maintenance, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, monitoring and replenishing office supplies, vendor management, basic bookkeeping, and organizing filing systems.
- The role also supports HR functions like recruiting, onboarding, and attendance tracking, and assists with shipment tracking and documentation.
Requirements
- Location: Must be currently based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in office administration is necessary.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy are required.
- Key Traits: Strong communication, attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are important.
